- Cutting Mild Steel, Aluminium, Galvanize, etc.
- Maximum size of 1500x3000x20 mm.
CNC tube laser cutting:
- Cutting/Square/Rectangular with max length of 6-meter, 200 mm. diameter or round or 200x200 mm for square shape, thickness up to 20 mm.
CNC press brake bending:
- Bending capability from 0.5 to 12 mm thickness.
- Hemming tool – For safe, rounded edges or aesthetic appearance.
- Z-bending – For forming complex offset geometries.
Engineering service:
- Design new products based on customer need or description.
- CAD support of replicating product form physical item or engineering. drawing to manufacture.
Welding service:
- General welding (MIG/TIG/Stick).
- Spot welding.
- Welding on site.
Drilling & countersink:
- Drilling: up to 25 mm in diameter and 1~50 mm in thickness.
- Countersink: up to 25 mm in diameter.
Tapping/Drilling
- Max thread diameter is between M3~M16 depending on the material.
- Max thread depth is between 2~50 mm depending on the material.
